Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tastier, an invite-only social food-ranking service.

Using Tastier

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your account, and use Tastier only where legally permitted. Invite-only access is not transferable for sale and may be limited or withdrawn to protect the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tastier a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service according to your visibility choices.

Acceptable conduct

You must follow our Community Standards. Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive material; impersonate others; harass users; manipulate ratings; scrape the service; or interfere with security.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, restrict, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk. Automated third-party moderation assists our safety process; users can report content and our team makes enforcement decisions.

Service changes

Tastier may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Ending your account

You may delete your account in the app. We may restrict or close accounts for serious or repeated violations, misuse, or legal requirements.
